About us

We are the JHS Players Club, Inc.  And as the name implies, the founding members of the organization is comprised of former Athletes from the Tiger family.  Since our founding in March of 2021 by six proud Jones High School alumni, the JHS Players Club, Inc. has been on a mission: to uplift the students of Jones through academic and athletic support that makes a real difference.

We are proud to operate as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with clear bylaws, a committed volunteer board, and a heart for service. Every dollar donated goes directly to our student-focused initiatives -no salaries, no overhead, just impact.

Our Impact So Far:

  • $40,000+ awarded in scholarships since inception, including four-year renewable awards supporting students throughout their college journey

  • Annual scholarships awards to at least 2 deserving students from 2021 - 2025

  • Mentorship and enrichment experiences including a Dallas Cowboys facility tour for JHS Football players and ongoing career and life guidance

  • Collaboration with community partners such as the Orlando Magic, providing clothing and shoe giveaways to student-athletes

  • 2024: Supplied new uniforms for the men's baseball and women's softball teams

  • 2025: Donated $5,000 for new track equipment and track reconditioning

Our Goals

  • Improve coordination and focus of resources to assist youth both immediately and in obtaining post-secondary opportunities

  • To help guide youth in making informed and intelligent decisions about their future

  • To work in conjunction with schools, churches, corporations, and the community in creating opportunities for the athletic and academic advancement of the youth of Central Florida
